[TYPO3-project-4-3] installed plugins in 4.3 & t3editor

Hello,

while installing the beta2, i just wondered again bout the fact that
t3editor is not installed by default. is there a special reason for this?
IMO the editor is especially for newcomers- those users maybe even don't 
know that there is a extension which could help them to get into 
typoscript...
