I agree here as well. We really need to have National Typo3 sites - its
impact for regional community building, say in India, will be much more.
I have earlier discussed this topic with some members in the community
at a personal level; it seems guidlines on regional websites are missing.

Guidelines on look & feel and a *broad framework of the content that
must go in these websites *- are areas which need to be addressed by the
Typo3 Association.
