[Typo3-marketing] Demo site status

Hi

Many thanks to Sacha for good help with demo site.
http://testsite.punkt.de/

Something to be approved:
1) We decide to use template records in this demo (not template as
extension)
Reasons:
- it is easy to newbie, it can be good example 
- it is easy in development phase

2) Pages tree in BE (with shortcuts and folder for templates)

3) I think demosite need to have different domain names like that:
- Demo introduction page  (can be demo.typo3.com)
- b2c (can be b2c-demo.typo3.com)
- New product campaign (can be product-demo.typo3.com)
