[Typo3-marketing] additional TemplaVoila! demosite

Hi,

today I worked with Valery on the demo site. We agreed that it
wouldn`t be a good idea to add another edu/accessible site to the
testsite installation that uses TemplaVoila!. Instead I`d like to set
up a seperate site for that.

As I`m currently creating the website for the university of Bamberg
( http://bamberg.unlimitedvision.de/ ) I could ask them if we could
use this layout for such a demosite.

Or would you prefer a more neutral design? Do you generally think
that such a site (accessible / edu/gov-focus) is useful? My intention
was to help designers focused on accessible webdesign to entry the
TYPO3-world and demonstrate that TYPO3 is the right tool to create
accessible websites.

However I would like to emphasize that I`ll focus on helping Valery to
get the current testsite ready before creating another "construction
site".
