[Typo3-marketing] Freelance auction for TYPO3 web development?

Legal action against what? - AFAIK everybody can sell services using TYPO3
for any price as long as he keeps it under GPL. And I am pretty sure there
is no (at least no German) law that prohibits selling services via ebay. So
what was the illegal thing to be prevented?

IMHO you cant (and shouldn't) do anything against discounters that will sell
services for a low budget. And a cheap service doesn't necessarily mean that
it has to be of a bad quality. (A good example is the dental service you can
get in poland or hungary compared to the costs of the same service in
germany.) A one man show can be much cheaper than a big company just because
there is only one mouth to feed and not the whole administrative overhead.
There are lots of other examples.

So certifying services and/or persons is the way to go. This way people will
know that they will get a good quality for their money, no matter if it was
a high or low budget they had to pay.
