Hi Daniel
Many thanks for input.
I do not like to damage TYPO3 brand and TYPO3 community in any way.
If I get this idea in mind, someone else can make it in action.
The question on low-budget market is complex.
In user list I answer one Kasper's question:

I think many people drop TYPO3 just because TYPO3 have not ready-to-run
packages with nice design. Mambo has a lot of them.
So people want to have full working solution without any efforts... Mambo
give it, but TYPO3 not.

Then he answer me:

I agree.
Who can make this happen for TYPO3?
It is really a question of efforts into design if you ask me (provided that
the technical installation is fluent)! Because we have all the technology
ready to provide easy-to-install-default-websites.

So, I think there is no tech problems to TYPO3 become like Mambo.
But may be it is not so good.

May be the best way to compensate and overcome this trend is to take
control of it.
Sertification, memebership etc.

About selling TYPO3 templates or sites.
As I understand GPL, anyone can sell any TYPO3 service (installation,
customisation, template creation etc) with no problem.
But no one can sell (distribute) any product for money.
So it is not possible to make typo3-template shop (with downloadable
products) like templatemonster,
but no problem to make service of creation typo3 sites from standard design
(with standard prices).
But if prices will be low, it is better not to avertize this service with
TYPO3 brand.
I know one example this service (TYPO3 copywrite and branding is OK in
BackEnd and code).
May be you can consider to turn all people, who want to go to low cost
market in this way?
