[Typo3-marketing] RFI: Recommendations for Typo3 PR-work ?

Dear Juergen,

I agree the email of Kari somehow sounded a bit offensive and negative, 
mine is just written from marketing standpoint, that's why this list is 
for I thought?
So I don't see where use words like blaming, offensive and all that are 
in place since there's -in my email- not a word in that direction. Just 
making a point for having English as the official language and giving 
arguments for that. Not more or less, so lets stick to marketing 
arguments and don't make a personal thing of it?
