together or you should at least know your fault that your webbug isn't
delivering.

Wahhh. This is total marketing speach. If I read:
  The UTM negates the effects of proxies and caches
but do not get the slitest answer, it is really only marketing speach, 
trust me.
How would this work, if e.g. the webbug is not delievered thru
a.) slow bandwidth at the enduser?
b.) slow server due to server peak
c.) having the user disabled grafics
This is just what springs into my mind immediately, and I know there
are much more things to think of.

The problem of this software is, that you nearly egt fixed reports,
but cannot drill the reports down to the interesting things, once your
admin has not thought of...
anyway...

I can easily get the logfiles via FTP. If gzipped it should be
less than 4GB. We than would run the logfiles thru NetTracker,
so its not your time that is involved...
After that we *know* what logfile analysis software does the better 
job. So there is no time on your site, all you have to stand is the 
competition, ...
