[Typo3-marketing] www.typo3.biz : To be or not to be?

Hello  All
Now I consider to run
http://www.typo3.biz/  - International Typo3 Job & Business Forum 
Why?
The answer is very simple - I need this tool as freelance TYPO3
web-developer from Russia.
This is mainly www.sitepoint.com/forums clone in concept, but without all
tech details
(we have good mail lists for tech).

The main parts of this forum:
1) Job (permanent positions and cooperation)
2) Marketplace (for all TYPO3 related things like support, sites from the
ground, templates, hosting etc
and some general web-development things like design, PSD -slicing, HTML
templates)
3 ) Freelance business related staff, like payment systems  etc

I see example  in German - www.typo3.net

My questions:

1) What about domain name? 
I see www.typo3.net is used for national forum (with "Job" part), so I think
it is possible to use www.typo3.biz for international forum.
(if legal principle of precedents works in this case).

2) I understand, that this forum is mainly for freelancers and low budget
projects (small TYPO3 support, small sites conversion etc).
This is not "TYPO3 freelance auction" (that we discuss on this list
earlier), so "price competition", "cheap reputation to TYPO3", "selling out"
etc are not on the first place.
But I see this problems.
What do you think, is this problems so critical, that I must consider to
stop this project?
I think every freelancer need tool like this, so anyone can start project
like this on domain www.blah-blah.com and  without TYPO3 logo on top 
(but with good advertising in Google). So no legal issue to TYPO3
Association (and no possibility to control this project at all). 
So my idea: if TYPO3 community  stop this "cheap" tendency for a long time,
it will be started anyway... But it is better to have good control of it.

3) What do you think of forum skin and look in general?
This forum use GPL soft and looks not so good as commercial.
This is not a problem. If the idea is good it is possible to find $85/year
for vBulletin with many excellent free skins.
English language mistakes in this forum will be corrected in short time,
because forum administrators team includes Russian TYPO3 guy, who is English
language teacher in a college.
