[Typo3-marketing] Presentation + Presentation template

Hi together,

I'm working on a Oo presentation template.
Afterwards we'll create marketing presentations based on that template.

Suggestion for improvement are welcome.

Maybe this could become a standard Typo3 presentation template what
everybody can use.
I uploaded a presentation with some demo content.
The layout is really simple to suit basic requirements.

The name, company ,... of the presenter on the top left corner can be
changed in the master template. Page number and date will be generated
automatically. Position an size of header and content areas is also set
by the master template.

This is just a first version for review.
Let me know if this could be useful.
If there is anything what should be implemented, let me know.
Also design proposals and comments are welcome.

PS: I use the font Helvetica. It might fall back on a standard font like
Times or Arial what looks shitty. Maybe I should use Verdana instead of
Helvetica.
