Perhaps what you had in mind is a form of spontaneous reaction to a
similar problem. So there should be a direct link for further
questions or a request.

Ok, there are some thoughts and suggestion of *filtering*:
- just some of the so far used desriptions for a new typo-site are to remain
of free choice for the account owner.
- special items like an outstanding technical solution or design should
be the result of a review
- There is in my opinion the necessity for some added criteria like
branch, the size of the enterprise (website-owner) to make it a little
bit easier to search for similar cases
- the review is held by a group of defined typheads or community
members
- three of them makes a review team which is on job for one month
- there should be some sort of a role concept e.g. one makes the review
two other control the output
- there is a rolling system of the group's constitution
- there are a list of objective review criteria with closed answers
(Yes/no) and a list of more subjective criteria for open answers
(good/bad & why?)

in addition for the outer appearance:
- entries without any further explanation (text) which describes the
project shouldn't be shown among the first sites
- entries of users which fit not to the rules of creating an entry
should be reminded and then, if not corrected, deleted.
