Hi Sander,
Please review the categories I have suggested as a basic guideline.
Additionally I think you could imagine two more parameters regarding
targeting:
1. Markets and 2.target readers
1. Industry (Automotive, Construction, Pharma, Electronics...), Public
Sector, Education, Finance...
2. IT-people, Marketing, Infrastructure, Controlling, Management (QC,
Change, ProjectM, ...)
It would be favourable to have at least two marked off when you evaluate a
subject on both parameters.
Then there are also newsworthy events, like a trade fair or any other public
presentation of TYPO3.
I would usually think that TYPO3 projects aren't newsworthy unless they are
extraordinary like Dassault or something of this sort.
Also it seems obvious that consultancies are not the issue here, the news
are about TYPO3.
