[Typo3-marketing] First Draft: Survey

Hi Olivier,

Thanks for the work!

I am in a hurry and I think this needs much thought, but one quick thing:
All quality-based questions (is TYPO3 a good system...) should be answered
on a range from several possibilities (1 though 6, or so)

I'll be back on Monday, hope you guys start working on this already :-)
