Right !
I'd suggest 2 things going on parallel:
1: Setting up these criteria for projects (you can't realy judge a company
this way). I'd further suggest to have a few people voting for projects for
these criteria. These should be people being able to understand the
complexity behind a project. These should be people understanding the
quility of design. You'll take a middle of the votes and here we go. So this
does not belong on the like/dislike of one person.
2: Having a detailed profile for the companies to fill in THE RIGHT WAY
(being fullservice and freelancer at the same time just doesn't make sense).
Taking "voted" projects into account, there is some estimation if that
company is like a "good" or a "bad" company ;-) You know what I mean. It's
just something between the profil and the projects shown.
