[TYPO3-linux] can't select database in install tool

Hi,

my 2 cents on WAMP: if your target server runs Linux, you should
consider either setting up a Linux VM (Virtual Box or similar) or maybe
use Vagrant if you're not familiar with installing and configuring a
Linux box. Personally, I keep my development boxes' configuration as
close to the live servers as possible, as a WAMP setup might not tell
"the whole truth". ;)

Cheers,
Marcus

At the same time I will check that I can do a clean install of 6.2 on the shared web server. Then I will try upgrading locally to 6.2. If that works then I should be able to put it back out on the live server.
