[TYPO3-linux] Problem, changing logos of sponsors in typo3 website.

Well, 'local' extensions' files locate in the typo3conf folder, which is not
availble via 'Files' section, I believe, those are just custom-created files
(easy way NOT to write any extension) :)

I have located these two scripts and I don't have permissions to modify
them, I can only read the code inside. But isn't there any module or pluggin
which modifies them? I suppose they are generated by typo3, or not? Or the
administrator create these two files?
