[TYPO3-linux] Problem, changing logos of sponsors in typo3 website.

I have located these two scripts and I don't have permissions to modify them, I can only read the code inside. But isn't there any module or pluggin which modifies them? I suppose they are generated by typo3, or not? Or the administrator create these two files?
