[TYPO3-linux] Installing linux on virtual private server linux hosteurope

Hi alll,

I have successfully installed typo3 on a suse linux system on a virtual 
priovate server(VPS) at hosteurope.

The prob is now when accessing the BE, following error occurs:

Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The 
script whose uid is 10001 is not allowed to access 
/var/www/vhosts/xxx/httpdocs/xxx/typo3temp/cs owned by uid 30 in 
/var/www/vhosts/xxx/httpdocs/xxx/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 2412

But when i looked in php.ini, safe mode is already OFF.

So do you folks have a suggestion or hint?
