[TYPO3-linux] Upgrade and transfer to new host

Generally you should split this process into two steps.

It makes no difference what you do first, but I suggest that you make the
update on the site where you have better access (SSH, FTP, Support
availability, etc.)

fileadmin, typo3conf, typo3temp (optional) and uploads are required.
