[TYPO3-linux] Install 4.0 on shared host

What should it do? I've never used the dummy package, but the install
tool is located in the source at /typo3_src-4.0/typo3/install/ This
means you should be able to get it in your browser at something like
www.mysite.name/dummy/typo3/install/ or similar. Don't forget that
you'll have to comment out or remove the IP check in
typo3/install/index.php.
