[TYPO3-linux] Installation of Typo3 on Tomcat

Hello 

 

I am trying to use Typo3, which seems to be one of the best CMS. But I have
some problems to install it.

I have a webserver working on Tomcat on Linux Red Hat.

I have download the typo3_src_4.0.tar.gz and unpack it in /var/www

I have download the dummy_4.0.tar.gz and unpack it in
/usr/local/apache/webapps/cms and change the link to typo3

But when I go to http://localhost:8080/cms, I have an error:  http status
404 /cms/ the requested resource /cms/ is not available.

 

Do you have an idea to solve the problem, please?
