[Typo3-linux] Performance Issue - GraphicsMagick ?

I remade the GD test and values go from 500ms to 1300 ms. Maybe the 
9000ms was a case.

Anyway i noticed this warning:

  Warning: Mismatch between the version of ImageMagick () and the 
configuration of [GFX][im_version_5] (gm)

What does it mean ?

I forgot to say that i setteup 64MB as max_memory limit for php 
execution. Does it makes matter ? It's too low ? Supposing that of my 
256MB granteed memory, about 100Mb are taken by the sistem+Cpanel how i 
can distribute the rest of memory among: mysql cache memory, phpcache ( 
eaccelerator ) memory and max_memory php parameter ?
