[Typo3-linux] gd won't see freetype

Simon,

On Fedora you don't have to compile anything from the source.
Everything you need (GD, etc) is available as a part of distribution.
Make sure you have these rpms installed:

gd
freetype
php-gd (FC3+)

The only addition you might need is an older version of ImageMagick
(4.2.9) or GraphicsMagick, both available in binary static form from
