[Typo3-linux] domain record file permission typo 3.8

Hi

I have a little problem with a new subdomain xxx.yyy.zz of mine.

When I create a domain record for the subdomain xxx.yyy.zz in typo3 it 
seems that the browser is not able to access the files in the uploads 
and fileadmin directories any more. The text and menus appear correctly 
  but not images, css files and so on. If i try to view the pages with 
the ip address every thing works fine.

I am on a linux box with red hat.
