[Typo3-linux] Move a typo3 installation and upgrade

do the sites of your typo3 presentation appear in the Web->Site root view?

may it's because u just moved the folders from your old installation to 
the new one, and the typo3 system hasn't recognized the files in
	- fileadmin
	- typo3conf
	- uploads
