[TYPO3-linux] Frontend edit Pens not accessible

O.K. Some things are stupid.
The edit pens I tried to click on the page belong to "image" content.
The chmod of the images wasn´t set right!
So it´s fixed now!

a. The webpage is pure CSS styled. So I think the admin panel can´t find
the "end" of the page (the table / tr/ table row)where to place itself.
So it taks the upper left corner.
?Any Idea where to set the vertical offset to move the panel down?
