[Typo3-linux] Owner/Group settings in typo3_src and dummy packages

1000 is normally the UID of the first regular user on a system. If you
unpack the files with this user, the files will belong to him.
That's why you have to run chown after the extraction.

I think this is specified in httpd.conf: Search for 'user' and 'group'
entries.

This is standard on SuSE and some other distributions. However, on Debian
this user is called 'www-data' which seems better to me - but don't ask me
why, I just think so....

chown the files!
