[Typo3-linux] some rather major Typo3 problems

I am aware that it is said to be faster ... but that does not come even
close to justifying using such ancient pieces of software.  If modern
ImageMagick is not to be used, then find another graphics package -- there
are many.

Well, it simply does not work.  No changes to the configuration change
what options are passed to the command line.

Please see my other postings, I have now tried five versions of
ImageMagick and none of them work and none of them alter the command line
being used.

It shouldn't cache them.  They are part of testing the install ... if
you make changes it shouldn't be opening up a pre-rendered image for you.

I wasn't using a mail client, I was using cjb.net webmail which is
extremely simplistic (doesn't have things like real name, attachments,
etc).
