[Typo3-linux] Statically linked ImageMagick 4.2.9 for Linux/i386

I have just created a tar.gz archive of the statically linked ImageMagick
compiled by Jens Ellerbrock. Many thanks, Jens!

You can find the archive at our Sunsite repository:

For those who don't know - Statically means that all required functions are
compiled into the program. This means that there are no dependencies for
any other software! Enjoy :-)
