[Typo3-linux] Check of ImageMagick

Thanks for your reply.

According to my ISP everything is ok.  They say ImageMagick is installed
correctly and works.  They think that something goes wrong in the detection.
That's why I would like to know where and how typo checks the install of
ImageMagick.
