[Typo3-linux] Check of ImageMagick

I once had a problem detecting imageMagick and it was because it was not
compiled with all the needed options.

Maybe check this??

Also maybe check to see if php.ini allows execution in the ImageMagick
directory?
safe_mode_exec_dir= /usr/local/bin/
