[Typo3-linux] MySQL database has connection but not accessible

In installation process, it somehow skip the part where I suppose to enter
the database info.  And I end up entering that in "Front End Web site"
1-2-3 installation process.  I made a connection to the database and are
able to view the db in the server, somehow, when I click update and jump
to the 3rd step, it end up an error message in "import database-sql file",
"There is no access to the database ()!"
Please help!!
Also if I finally made the central copy installation of Ensim to work, but
what user permission (owner(who), group(who), and what are the rwx
permission should I set for the source?
Because I used src owner and group to be "apache", and it doesn't work
I have to set the src to be owned by the website to make it work.
