Du verwendest vermutlich eine alte Extension. 

Lösche doch mal den Cache (typo3temp/Cache/*).

Stelle außerdem sicher, dass em nicht in der 
typo3conf/LocalConfiguration.php eingetragen ist.

Die Extension heißt jetzt "extensionmanager".
