[TYPO3-german] T3 6.0 bug? No module "tools_em" could be found.

Hallo,

Machte ein update von 4.7.7 auf die 6.0.2.
Im FE ist alles in Ordnung. Im BE erhalte ich folgende Meldung wenn ich 
auf 'Template' klicke:

Fatal error: Call to a member function includeLLFile() on a non-object 
in 
/kunden/218873_70794/rp-hosting/8431/9457/typo3cms/typo3_src-6.0.2/typo3/sysext/tstemplate/ts/index.php 
on line 27

Klicke ich auf 'Extension Manager' erhalte ich im FE:

No module "tools_em" could be found.

Was denkt ihr? Ein bug?
Der Upgrade wizard im install tool meldet mir:

Table and field definitions are OK.
