In der Datei rgsmoothgallery/res/scripts/jd.gallery1010.js
steht folgendes


textShowCarousel: 'Pictures',


Wenn ich das in Auswahl umbenenne hab ich den gewünschten Effekt im 
Frontend.


Da nichts anderes greift mach ichs halt so.
