zum beispiel:

tempsubmenu.excludeUidList = 444

tempsubmenu.excludeUidList = 999
[global]

je nach dem, wie du deine sprache auswählst, stimmt die condition. dass 
ist der standardfall, wie er überall dokumentiert ist.
