[Typo3-german] htmlArea RTE Bulletliste invalide

Hallo,

ich verwende 'htmlArea RTE' und Typo3 3.8.

Der o.g. Editor umschließt eine Bulletliste (ul) mit einem '<p> Tag',
was nicht valide ist. Kann man das irgendwie abschalten.
