[TYPO3-english] tx_extensionmanager error

Hi,

In a Typo3 7.6.15 system I get this error: 

tx_extensionmanager_domain_model_extension’ doesn't exist

Checking the install tool, this is what the database analyzer says:

Add tables: CREATE TABLE tx_extensionmanager_domain_model_extension ….

When running the query I get an error telling me that:
Database update failed

Error: Table 'typo3_new_db.tx_extensionmanager_domain_model_extension' doesn't exist


Any idea how to trouble shoot his error? The caches are all emptied. The server runs php5,6 ?
