[TYPO3-english] Image Sync between typo3 uploads folder to CDN/WAF server

Hello,

Is there a way that when an Admin uploads an image in typo3 backend, after
its reprocessing ( thumbnails etc are made) it gets synced to an external
WAF/CDN server, so that images in content are linked from WAF/CDN server
for faster load of website.
Issue is how to Sync typo3 image directory to external server directory on
each change in typo3 image directory. Any scheduler or program for that
please tell...
