[TYPO3-english] image upload

Hi people.

I'm using typo3 6.2.15, hosted on a shared server. I'm using ''realty manager'' extension and whenever I want to upload a new image or just use any stored for upload I get a 404, not found error.

Have tried switching the php version from 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6 and even 7.0 as suggested by someone but still nothing seems to work.  I  would like to upload images for the site. 

Any help always appreciated.
