[TYPO3-english] Version update 4.4 to 4.7

1)I downloaded the zip file typo3_src-4.7.20.zip have unpacked it. 
2)Then Packed typo3 folder and uploaded it to the hosting. 
3)Started the process of installing my domain/typo3/install/" 
But showing error Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'DOKTYPE_DEFAULT' in /home/seoru/bolarm.seo.ru/docs/typo3/sysext/cms/tbl_cms.php on line 717 :(
