[TYPO3-english] Typo3 or Java ? Developing a homepage for psychoteraphy

Dear All,
im computer science student and I already have experience in web development with C# and PHP.
Now im interested in Java and I would like to work on java for the rest of my life. 
On the other hand, I found a project to do, developing a homepage for a psychotherapy.

She needs something like these websites.:

mariemannschatz.de
mbsr-verband.de

Now my question, is it possible to implement every thing in Typo3? what Typo3 cant do?

Thank you for your suggestions, on the other hand I think if I develop it under Java, then I will learn something.
