Thanks for your reply.

I work from scratch. The problem was solved a few minutes ago. Another danish TYPO3 developer pointed out the problem for me. I simply forgot to mark 'File Reference' int he 'Access Lists'. I have set up dozens of sites for editors, and why I forgot it this time, I don't know.
