Hello,

If you're working from the Introduction Distribution, this can be solved by adjusting the Advanced Edtors group:

In Access Lists|Tables Modify allow file reference and, maybe, file metadata.
In Mounts and Workspaces|Fileoperation permissions allow appropriate Directory and File permissions

You may have to re-create the folders and make sure their filemounts are set properly
   /fileadmin/user_upload/documents
   /fileadmin/user_upload/images
   /fileadmin/user_upload/news
