[TYPO3-english] Upgrade project

Hi

I have now upgraded to 4.5.35 on both servers and have moved over database, fileadmin, uploads and typo3conf + an included localconf located in another localtion. 

But something goes wrong. 
On my template record on the root page I have only "constants".
Setup, template title and website title is empty and if I ender something and save, it's just removed. 

My next step will be to import the database again, if no one here has any ideas?
