[TYPO3-english] Upgrade project

I did manage to upgrade to 4.5.7 on the old server and now I'm trying to set up 4.5.7 on a new server in order to migrate and continue the upgrade process. 

I have installed with apt-get and downloaded 4.5.7 manually and changes the link to typo3_src
If I do not create ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL I get the normal page telling that I have to do so. 
If I do create it I get an empty page. 

In the error log I get:

Does that make sense to anyone?
