Thanks for reply.

Regarding openSSL I googled and found one thing that to remove the semicolon in 

";extension=php_openssl.dll" from php.ini.

After that also restart apache server but still problem not resolved when i enter admin credential it just 

loading process occures only.

But when i checked "Localconfiguration.php" it overwrite with original code as 'loginSecurityLevel' => 

'rsa', And as i done "normal", All works fine again.

But i know this is not be perfect solution for it, Any other solution for that?

I have tried and all works fine now.

Here, i cant understand in point 3 What should i do here?
