[TYPO3-english] Bug in EXT dam (tools - check index)

  Hello list.

I have installed DAM extension (also dam_index, dam_catedit, 
dam_ttcontent and dam_frontend).

The extension works regularly in most part of it.

I'm using
TYPO3 Ver. 4.5.16
dam (v. 1.3.1)
dam_catedit (v. 1.3.0)
dam_index (v. 1.3.0)
dam_ttcontent (v. 1.3.0)
dam_frontend (v. 0.8.5)

PHP_OS      : Linux
PHP_VERSION : 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.18
SERVER_SOFTW: Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu)
MySQL        : 5.1.63

the UTF8 configurations in the INSTALL TOOL are:
[SYS][setDBinit] = SET NAMES utf8 | SET SESSION character_set_server=utf8
[SYS][UTF8filesystem] = 1
[BE][forceCharset] = utf-8
I have a big problem with the module "Media - tools"
with the functionalities "check index", both "check index" and "check 
uploads" didn't work in no way,
more specifically the process of checking didn't complete effectively 
and strange string messages appears...
...something like this

I have already uninstalled and removed all those extensions, cleaned the 
tables and started from the beginning

there's anyone has had similar problem?
there's anyone has some idea of what happens or what I can do to solve 
this problem?
