[TYPO3-english] kickstarter and modified TCA

Hi,

In development phase one has to modify the database with kickstarter 
many times and all TCA modifications done manually disappeare in 
kickstarter save. Is there any other way/method for these pi base 
extensions?

For example the irre (type: inline) has to be applied manually, also 
bidirectional/symmetric relations - if I understand right?
