[TYPO3-english] is TYPO3 moving away from global extensions?

Philipp,

I don't want to start a flame war here, just wanted to say that there 
are 2 ways to handle extensions.
Some of us prefer one way, some - another. And that's great that TYPO3 
supports such feature!

I would like to vote for keeping "global" approach as it exists now and 
let people/developers have options.
I would also ask developers to continue their great job and support 
"global" installation option.
